Analysis of Reliability and Validity of Teaching Evaluation Index System

Through the analysis of the reliability and validity for historical data of the students' evaluation of teaching, it is found that teacher-centered evaluation index system is the main reason for the decrease of the reliability and validity of the evaluation results. Therefore, a new evaluation index system with the students as the subject is constructed on the basis of extensive solicit their opinions, which is proved to have a good effect.
