The personalized approach in a medical decentralized diagnostic and treatment

In this paper proposed the clinical system of support decision medicinal solutions that based on ontology with the use of biosensors, to realize the process of decentralized diagnostics and personalized treatment. Identified objectives that are required to perform a number of design and describes main architecture components of this system.
