Concept for ensuring effective functioning of mobile communication system in heterogenous 5G infrastructure

In this paper we propose architecture of software-defined heterogenous network based on integration of such modern technologies as NFV, SDR and SDN. We have discovered that mobile network that is built according to SDN, SDR and NFV principles will allow to create new mobile networks. Such networks will constitute a base for transition between standards (GSM-UMTS-LTE-LTE Advanced), providing high quality modern services in short time periods. Taking as a basis one of the paradigms of the development of the future heterogenous 5G infrastructure, i.e., network function virtualization, we propose a concept of functional blocks of control and monitoring of the QoS that is realized as a part of cloud infrastructure on the basis of SDN network using virtual functional modules CQMF i CQCF.
