GPU acceleration of variable preconditioned Krylov subspace method for linear system obtained by eXtended element-free Galerkin method

The mixed precision variable preconditioning (VP) Krylov subspace method is implemented on Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) cluster, and the linear system obtained from an electromagnetic analysis is solved by the method. In the present study, the mixed precision VP GMRES is implemented on supercomputer HA-PACS at University of Tsukuba, and the linear system obtained from electromagnetic analysis discretized by eXtended Element-Free Galerkin method is solved by the method.
