The propensity of acquiring higher academic degree through virtual learning: A case study

Technological advancement in recent decade enabled students to study through virtual learning and propensity of higher academic degree through virtual learning is the focus of this present paper. The distance education council allows some universities for some courses and the tendency of admission of students in virtual education to compare itself, the best national open universities in order to improve the quality of the virtual education offered. The students learning through virtual education system may be grouped into two: who are already doing service, another are fresher who are searching the jobs. In order to verify the adequacy of data base with proposed methodology it has been found that the people are interested in different ways, like MBA degree are lucrative to service holder student and the students who are searching a job are interested for MCA degree. We the authors aim to review the similarities and differences between educational data mining and learning analytics.
