Mathematical model of the start control of electric field potential in conducting medium without dispersion considering relaxation

Optimal control problems for Sobolev type equations constitute a vast area of mathematical physics equations. This theory have variety of applications specifically dinamical measurement and optimal measerement. Authors proposed an abstract scheme for studying the start control and final observation problem for quasilinear Sobolev type equations, it allows to research a wide class of problems of mathematical physics. Authors study the mathematical model of the start control of the electric field potential in conducting medium without dispersion based on the start control and final observation problem. Sufficient conditions of solvability of the start control and final observation problem for the quasi-stationary process in conducting medium without dispersion considering relaxation in weak generalized sence are developed.
