The evolution of decision making about building electrical systems

The paper presents a review of the development construction works from Yaroslav the Wise to the present time. Formulated and solved the task of optimization of electrical work for an electrical complex in housing and utilities sector. The peculiarity of the optimization problem is that the connection between the optimization of the parameters of the function perform electrical work and task functions perform electrical work is installed at each optimization step using the model, condition of items, materials, equipment and within the limitations, specifying the change, the presented models. The shape of this surface depends on the model parameters and their fluctuations, in turn, is changed. The presented optimization problem, to determine the quality and timing of electrical installation work electrical engineering complex of the residential area during construction and operation.
