This article dedicates to the dynamic analysis model of implementation technological capability in the industrial sector. The dynamic analysis model represents in the form of a matrix with three main indicators: the level of capacity utilization, the level and quality of technological capabilities. The development of main directions of increasing technological capability in the industry provides at the matrix management according to the influence degree of growth factors.
