Non-conventional algorithm of radio transmission sources position location

Based on signal level measurements algorithm of radio transmission sources location position is considered. The algorithm is implemented in the software/hardware system for VHF radio transmitters monitoring. System testing results proved the possibility to obtain transmitter location estimation that meets practical expectations in real world conditions, including urban areas.
