Detection and facial recognition for investigation

This special problem issue is intended to help in the detection and face recognition in order to arrest suspects for investigative by using techniques and tricks “Eigen Face” and pairing with “SIFT” (Scale invariant Feature Transform). If it found to be suspect, it will hit the frame surrounding the face of the suspect and the suspect's case number. Then, it will pair face to face in a database system that work properly and accurately detecting faces arrest by the accused. From a face detection and recognition test by the accused in various environments, it is found that Straight face, Side face at a 45-degrees angle and 90-degrees angle have detection accuracy 90, 80 and 64 percent respectively. So, this device can detect faces arrest by the accused precisely and improve investigative actions. Therefore, this research conclude that it can display photos, faces, and notification data, the number of suspects, according to the arrest warrant, and can lead to practical use.
