Numerical simulation of an electron beam structure and space charge oscillations in UHF tubes with crossed fields

Shows that numerical models of UHF devices with crossed fields allow one not only to calculate output features, as well as analyze different processes: arising from the waves of spatial charge, forming the solitons in the electron stream.
