Prediction of satellite clock errors based on deterministic intuitionistic fuzzy time series

This paper proposes a novel approach to predict satellite clock errors based on intuitionistic fuzzy time series (IFTS). This approach adopts intuitionistic fuzzy C-means (IFCM) clustering algorithm to optimize the universe of discourse. By setting up the certain transition rules pool, it is able to control the uncertain state transition, and improves the prediction accuracy compared with traditional intelligence algorithm. This paper also proposes an improved model to solve the problem of clock error prediction when there are data missing in transmission. Moreover, this approach needs less clock error data, which can satisfy the requirement of practical application better.
