Influence of ambient temperature on the performance of the semiconductor laser

In this paper,the influence of ambient temperature on the performance of the semiconductor laser is systematically investigated in theory. We built the simulation model, and the simulation results indicated that Ambient temperature changes would affect the laser chip temperature, resulting in the laser vital parameters in simulation results.
