Design of an intelligent classroom

This paper presents a design of a state-of-the-art platform for an intelligent classroom. The main emphasis will be set on mobile devices of students and lecturers. The second part of the platform will cover the server-side applications and manage access rights. The main aim of this research is to provide a platform that will be able to handle actual information about the lectures, about the upcoming tests and allow the students to perform exams and save their worksheets during the class. Using this platform in the school life, will benefit students, as well as lecturers, because both sides will share the same information. Thus, the possibility of mistakes and misunderstanding will decrease. This paper also describes the technical part of the solution and the basic composition of hardware and software parts of the system.
