Quantitative molecular fingerprinting with stimulated Raman scattering

Stimulated Raman Scattering (SRS) is an emerging imaging technique that enables molecular fingerprinting in complicated biological environments. Recent progresses have led to significant improvements in imaging sensitivity and specificity. Here we present technical advances in pushing the hyperspectral imaging capability of SRS and representative applications.
