Design of Aircraft Hydraulic Leakage Detection System Based on GPRS & ZigBee

In view of problems existing in manual operated leakage detection for aircraft hydraulic system, the paper put forward a wireless network scheme for leakage detection system based on GPRS and Zigbee technology. The microchip CC2530 are adopted in the design of wireless network based on ZigBee protocol stack to realize the collection of hydraulic system flow rate. Using GPRS module based on SIM900A to access GPRS network and communicate with the remote computer, so as to realize the tracking of hydraulic leakage detection. The experimental results show that the system has a high level of automation, and is stable and reliable, which proves to have some practical value.
