Retracted: Evaporate Air Cooler Dynamic Simulation of Gas-Liquid Temperature and Distribution

Evaporate air cooler is a kind of efficient condensing and cooling equipment, heat and mass transfer process which involves is complex. Analyzing the principles of air-liquid two phases' heat and mass transfer process has positive significance to improve and develop such products. In this paper, by using CFD simulation software on the basis of an appropriately simplified model, adopt RNG k-ε turbulence model, the near-wall treatment and the pressure - velocity coupling PISO algorithm to simulate evaporate air cooler's outside of tube gas-liquid two phases dynamic temperature distribution and gas-liquid heat and mass transfer process in the case of mutual interference respectively. Simulation results are analyzed according to the principles and characteristics of the heat ex-changer tube between the liquid film and the gas, obtained under the higher air inlet velocity and the lower air inlet temperature conditions, can enhance evaporation air cooler's heat ex-changer efficiency.
