A new model of preventive maintenance scheduling for parallel production line

Based on the analysis of the difficulty of preventative maintenance scheduling for Multi-product Parallel Production Line in equipment manufacturing industry, this paper establishes the preventive maintenance scheduling model which chooses the maximal of urgent task production as the objective function and multi-product production, preventive maintenance time windows, maintenance groups as the constraints. The successful solution of preventive maintenance scheduling example in an equipment manufacturing factory is the proof of the accuracy and usefulness of the model.
