Multi-objective spare parts inventory optimization in uncertain environment

Spare parts inventory optimization becomes very important, especially in this environment with lots of materials and low management effectiveness. Nowadays, the optimization weighs of all kinds of indexes meet the difficulty of the lack of statistical data. With the complexity of structure, the variability in operation and the severity of environment, the uncertainty of spare part supply increases drastically and should be solved. This paper will establish optimization approach based on uncertainty theory to deal with spare parts inventory system in uncertain environment. Decision makers make policy with more than one target in most cases, so a model with multiple objectives will be effective in reality. A spare part inventory optimization model will be established with multiple objectives and constraints. We utilize the genetic algorithm for the multi-objective inventory models solutions. Finally, a numerical example will be provided.
