Development of service integration between the health information system NSO with the information system of the Bureau of medico-social examination

The article describes the structure of the regional segment of the unified state information system NSO, basic information about medical information systems (MIS) and information systems (IS) medico-social examination Bureau (MSE), discussed the form and manner of filing directions to ITU. The article describes the review and analysis of existing solutions for the integration of MIS and IS MSE in other constituent entities of the Russian Federation. In addition, the article formed the basic requirements for the design of integration of service and determine the format for reporting direction to the MSE. The practical part of the article contains the description develop a standardized electronic medical document, the SOAP applied in the development of service, and a description of relevant information on the languages and programs used to design the prototype web service.
