The scientific research initiation to the high school level. A case study: The Alexandru Proca Centre

The paper presents a case study of the Alexandru Proca Centre of Research Initiating of the young to the high school level which was structured on the National Institute of Electrical Engineering Research- Advanced Research (INCDIE - CA). The structure of this Centre, the team, the mode of introduce the specific research methodologies are presented. Alexandru Proca (1897 - 1955) was a great researcher in the field of theoretical physics (see Proca equations).
