A development of algorithms for an automated blood sample image analysis

In the thick blood sample images, problems of red blood cells counting and their analysis given by optical method were considered. Algorithms, based on Canny approach to edge detection, have been developed and realized with the following circle determination in the images by Hough transformation. The experimental test results of the algorithms are presented.
