The IPFRR mechanism inspired by BIER algorithm

When a link or router failure occurs in a routed network, there is unpredictable period of network traffic interruption. This problem persists until network reconverges on the new topology. New technology which solves these problems after link or router failure has been developed - IP Fast Reroute (IPFRR).
