An 8 kHz linewidth, 50 mW output wavelength tunable DFB LD array over the C-band with self optical feedback

A narrow linewidth, high output-power tunable DFB-LD array with self optical feedback is demonstrated. A linewidth of less than 8 kHz and an output power of above 50 mW over the C-band are simultaneously achieved.
