Electric Motorcycle Control System Based on GPS and CAN Technology

CAN bus technology is currently one of the hottest technology in today's automation, is a very important part in industrial automation field, In this paper the design of electric motorcycle control system is based on CAN bus and GPS technology, CAN bus as a primary means of communication between the master control center and each control node, combined with GPS / GPRS technology, through monitoring and controlling the overall system, realizing the function of monitoring the electric motorcycle system state, anti-theft and tracking, Experiment showed that, communication of CAN network nodes is stable, reliable and real-time and stolen motorcycle also can be located accurately, which verifies the reliability and safety of electric motorcycle control systems and this system has a wide range of practical applications.
