Weak Signal Detection Method with Adaptive Coupled Bistable System Based on Genetic Algorithm

Adaptive stochastic dual-resonance based on genetic algorithm(GA) is proposed after analysis of the influence of the bistable system parameters on stochastic resonance. The coupling system is consisted of two bistable systems through non-linear coupling which is used to control the generation of stochastic resonance. The resonance effect is improved through optimization of control parameters. Numerical simulation and experimental results manifest that by this mean the stochastic resonance effect can be enhanced effectively, the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) can be improved.
