Towards innovation in microelectronics in the Chinese educational system

The evolution of the technologies leading to new products and that governs the economy of modern countries imposes a permanent innovative behavior. China government tries to answer to this need in the frame of a national policy. However, this strategy needs adaptation of the cultural behavior and of the educational system. This approach can need a long time. In this paper, several analyses are described and highlight the present limitations of the culture and of the system and several suggestions are given in order to reach better and faster the final objective of innovation of the higher educated students.
