300-GHz-band wireless transmission at 50 Gbit/s over 100 meters

We present the first demonstration of 100-m distance wireless link at single-channel data rates up to 50 Gbit/s using photonics-based 300-GHz-band coherent transmitter. An error-free transmission has been achieved at 30 Gbit/s with a transmitter power of only -15 dBm with a carrier frequency of 320 GHz.
