Synthesis of Fe3O4 nanoparticles and Fe3O4@GO nanocomposites with low effects on stem cells for cancer cell therapy

nanoparticles and Fe

@GO nanocomposites on stem cells was studied in present research. With a cytocidal dose-dependent effect on both proliferating and non-proliferating cultured human cells MTX has some side effects on other tissues and diarrhea, heart problems, weakness, hair loss and immunosuppression and it alone is not selective. But its conjugated forms, have lower side effects and are more selective. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of conjugated forms of MTX in stem cell behaviors.
