An Intelligent Investment Efficiency Analysis Method Using the Input Output Model

With the rapid development of Foreign Direct Investment, the trade between various countries is more and more important in the world. Hence, in this paper we aim to analyze the investment efficiency using the input output model, which is a macroeconomic model to represent interactions in all sectors in an economy exploiting readily available input output databases. In an economic system, we assume that there are several departments, and the general formation of the input output model can be represented by the distribution equilibrium equation and the consumption equilibrium equation. Afterwards, exploiting the proposed input output model, the benefits of the investment can be evaluated. In our research, normalized input-output ratios of all 14 sectors are calculated. Particularly, top ranked sectors are "Public health", "Mining", "Industry", "Electricity", and "Education". Finally, based on the experimental results, several suggestions are given for government.
