Novel high frequency soft switching DC/DC converter with active rectifier and active snubber

The paper focuses on a novel type of high frequency soft switching DC/DC converter. The proposed DC/DC converter topology comprises an active rectifier and an active snubber. In the paper, the operation principle of the DC/DC converter with active rectifier is explained and the function of proposed DC/DC converter comprising active snubber is analyzed. For verification of proposed converter operation, a 2kW laboratory model was built. The results of measurements of the laboratory model are presented, too.
