Random spread of SRR resonance frequencies

This paper presents the homogenization procedure that takes into account random distribution of SSR resonance frequencies with the normal probability distribution. The resonant band of the effective permeability of the metamaterial composed of 3D system of these SRR is significantly widened, the value of the real part of the permeability is reduced, or the band of negative permeability even disappears.
