The influence of the electromagnetic wave on the acoustomagnetoelectric effect in a doped superlattice

The influence of electromagnetic wave (EMW) on the acoustomagnetoelectric (AME) effect is studied theoretically in a doped superlattice (DSL). The expression of the AME field is obtained. The dependences of the AME field on the temperature of system, the frequency of acoustic wave, the frequency and intensity of electromagnetic wave and the parameters of a DSL are nonlinear. These dependences in the case of DSL are different and more complex than in the case of bulk semiconductor. The results are numerically calculated and discussed for an n-GaAs/p-GaAs DSL. The graph of the dependence of the AME field on the frequency of acoustic wave shows that the changes of external magnetic field drag on the change of value of AME field and the change of the position of AME field. The value of the AME field in case the intensity of electromagnetic wave is approximately more twice as in case the intensity of EMW is zero.
