The propagation characteristics of the diffraction field by an annular aperture of Bessel-Gauss Beam based on Surface Plasmon Polaritons

By using the scalar Kirchhoff-Huygens integral, analytic expressions were obtained for both axial and transverse intensity distributions of Bessel-Gaussian beam diffracted by a circular aperture. The effect of the output beam caused by different radius of the annular aperture also has been analyzed. The axial and transverse field intensity distribution analytical expression is deduced, it starting from the paraxial approximate Collins formula of Bessel-Gaussian beams perpendicular incident circle aperture. We study the high order Bessel-Gaussian beam through the annular aperture diffraction characteristics of the light intensity distribution by use COMSOL simulation. Respectively to study the diffraction light intensity distribution at different wavelengths, and light intensity distribution curve between different z value comparison. Bessel-Gaussian beam for further research has theoretical and practical significance.
