An organizational strategy in order to optimize costs of medications return

Hospital logistics has been a subject of interesting studies in recent years, this interest is due to the important part of this function in the control of budgetary performance of hospitals. In this work we suggest a study of pharmacies grouping impact on reducing the cost medication returns. The first part of the article shows the interest of the hospital logistics and the literature on the evaluation of the performance of a hospital system. The second part describes the stages of implementation of our approach. We finish our work by applying our methodology to a hospital in Morocco.
