Reflection measurements for EMC prediction in vehicle electronics

The application of vehicle high speed bus systems in the upper frequency range requires an EMC prediction of the wiring harness as a distributed line parameter system, connected with lumped electric/electronic subsystems. Single gate impedance and TDR worst case measurements can help in many cases for better EMC vehicle management. In this paper, a small selection of methods is represented.
