Assignments and exprimental verification of FIR CD3OH laser lines

The methanol(CH30H) laser produces more than 350 emission lines pumped by CO2 laser. Approximately 40% of these lines have been assigned in the torsional levels in the CO stretch, CH3-rock, CH3 deformation or OH bending vibrational absorption [1].
