Multi-scenarios PV-based microgrids investment decision considering feed-in-tariff regulation

The Photovoltaic-based microgrid (PV-MG) has become the core of the integration application of the photovoltaic power system, and it's the most effective ways to make use of the solar energy locally. Currently, the feed-in-tariff (FIT) policy of PV-MG in China is fixed and far below the market price, which cannot fully display and contribute to the regulation tools' impact on the business investment of PV-MG. This paper makes research on the effective FIT policy's effect on the PV-MG investment. Firstly, this paper sets up PV-MG business model and analyzes the income distribution among participants. Then, this paper puts forward three kinds of FIT model, that are the fixed FIT(FFIT), constant premium FIT(CPFIT) and variable premium FIT(VPFIT) model. And the market price that main grid of the electricity imported from gird is divided into fixed price and TOU price. Based on this classification, this paper develops the optical charge and discharge strategies of battery storage system and the PV-MG overall operational strategies under multi-scenarios. Through MATLAB simulation, this paper can get the power flow and income distribution among relevant participants in PV-MG, and makes sensitivity analysis on relevant parameters. This model is applied to one of Shenzhen's actual microgrid model and verifies its effectiveness.
