Bond-graph to hyper-graph transformation rules in System of Systems modelling

Hyper-graph is considered as an appropriate tool for expressing the organizational modelling of System of Systems (SoS) at macroscopic level, but not for dynamical behavior of the physical system, i.e. the microscopic level. In the other hand, the bond-graph is an excellent model dealing with microscopic level, it is however not suited for the higher levels where there is no power exchange. So, for the purpose of unifying the graphical methodologies describing System SoS abstraction levels, Some transformation rules, which consist in converting the bond-graph to a hyper-graph microscopic model are presented in this paper. Finally, The proposed transformation rules are illustrated through a pedagogical example taken from industrial application.
