Bipolar transistor Scattering Parameters measurement up to 3 GHz using RF generator and DSO Oscilloscope

In this paper an innovating RF transistors S-Parameters measurement setup acting as a VNA is presented. Not only Scattering parameters for frequencies between 1 MHz and 3 GHz can be measured using any DC bias polarization values, but also without using a commercial VNA.
