The study of LED packaging pollution failure

AS an important technological link of LED production, LED packaging directly decides the reliability and qualified rates of LED. However, the LED packaging failure was a common problem in LED life cycle. LED packaging pollution, which as one of many LED packaging failure reasons, was always of the focus of research. In this paper, through analyzed LED failure cases of packaging pollution, the general analysis methods about the LED packaging failure were clearly elaborated. Meanwhile, we discussed and analyzed the harm of LED packaging pollution, then, proposed some concerned suggestions. To some extend, it is an important reference for establish the LED packaging testing standers, and the above mentioned is helpful for improving the LED packaging quality and LED reliability.
