PoC demonstration of communication gateway buoy

The concept of Submarine launched Underwater Acoustic to Above water Radio Communication Gateway Buoys for strategic communication with submarines without periscope depth excursions was identified as one of the thrust area that we should focus. Hence the research in this area was intensified and a PoC Demonstration was carried out at [1]. This paper covers a detailed record experiments carried out at the NPOL Main Tank. This roadmap revealed that as the technology get matured; the capability for proving increasingly sophisticated products/solutions will get multiplied.
