A soil moisture prediction algorithm base on improved BP

The way to predict the high quality time series of soil moisture has important significance for scientific research and production practice. In this paper, a new method based on BP neural network and particle swarm algorithm (PSO) is established to predict the time series of soil moisture data obtained from wireless sensor networks. Experiment results show that our method has higher predicting accuracy and convergence speed.
