MEMS based Spin Sensor displacement analysis in nanometer precision using COMSOL for S&A devices

MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical System) is illustrated using Multiphysics-Multiengineering specialty and it has impressively great scope in various engineering fields. This paper outlines the technical progress on the way of realization of miniaturization, less expensive and mass-producible MEMS based Safety and Armed (S&A) devices. In this paper, we report metal alloy based Spin Microspring Sensor and its waveform in accordance with time and displacement which will improve the reliability and stability of Safety and Armed devices. The graphical user interface (GUI), COMSOL Multiphysics propounds a prodigious environs to get started in order to solve this problem. Our motive is to simulate and derive result using metal alloy based MEMS Spin sensor using COMSOL Multiphysics modelling tool.
