A computational model for trust and reputation relationship in social network

This paper will discuss the current work that has been going on the topic trust and reputation in social network for web-based environment. In this paper we will discuss how trust and reputation is calculated in the social network scenario. We proposed a trust management model which will take factors like direct, indirect and global trust of the service to find out the final trust value of the service, an important factor like the trust path distance while calculating the indirect trust value which did not take into consideration properly in the previously described techniques. So our propose model will give the efficient result from the previous model since it takes into consideration all the important factors. Finally combination of local and global trust is performed to find out the final trust value of a service.
