Design of smart home elevator module for ageing and disable people with PLC based on cloud control

This paper is conducted to develop and implement of a new universal design of the smart home elevator module for ageing and disable passengers with cloud communicating technology based on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system with an intelligent fuzzy control scheme called fuzzy-PI via on fuzzy ladder control. The conventional home elevator system is controlled by traditional PLC that is usually inconvenience to use for ageing and disable passengers, because of their physical manners are almost dismissed or weaken from their body. The aim of the cloud control is to provide state of the art infrastructure of PLC to remote computing resources and deliver them as a service on demand with highly dynamic and flexible to use in a long distance access control. So, cloud computing and communicating technology can be considered as a promising solution for this home elevator system with for more performance evaluation of user friendly. A fuzzy proportional plus integral control is presented here that will be implement to enhance the overall performance of the system that dominate play role as an intelligent control modified from PLC ladder control. The experimental results are done by solid work simulation for the home elevator mechanism module design, while the math lab simulation program is evaluated for fuzzy-PI control. Finally, the all of system is evaluated in a real testing in the laboratory room that can work well as design concept.
