Flyback topology based power amplifier for PV system applications

In this paper a novel approach to design a power amplifier suitable for a specific Photo-Voltaic(PV) application is discussed. In the current scenario, the need for clean and efficient energy is getting a lot of attention. Solar is one among them attracting many private entrepreneurs. The many constrain is, testing of overall system and analysing the converter and inverter requirements. This paper presents an efficient low cost power amplifier realised from a Flyback converter, through which the real-time V-I characteristics of a small solar cell can be evaluated and equivalent large model be implemented. The paper includes operation of proposed amplifier, the mathematical expression and the simulation results.
