Research on test influence of 12 kV vacuum circuit breaker for switching capacitive load based on measurement and control

In this paper, in order to satisfy the requirements of science and technology projects 2013 yf-17 `vacuum circuit breaker open and close of the capacitive load research', the opening and closing test of three-phase capacitor current of 12 kV vacuum circuit breaker is done, and make the data acquisition by designed experimental measurement and control system. And get the experiment waveform curve drawing, closing and opening time, closing and opening speed, circuit voltage, arc time and other parameters. Circuit breaker is analyzed for capacitive load causes of rekindle, and the rekindling suppression measures are summed up. Experimental design considering supply transformer as a single power for the experiment and introduces the measurement and control system of synthesize test can be used in experiment of circuit breaker opening and closing operation. Summarized the influence of arc performance factors and some optimization measures.
