SWTUS: A web tag utility and stability metering method

To solve the disordered annotation problem occurred in classification mark, a dynamic ranking Abstract algorithm of web music tag is proposed. The utility of classification tags is calculated based on the log of click tags and other operation data. On the basis of fuzzy mathematics, the tag utility measurement model, utility metric algorithm and utility drift measurement algorithm are introduced respectively. Firstly, a hierarchical structure model for music tag system is constructed according to the metadata attributes of web music. Secondly, a group of classification tag utility indexes is designed, and the utility using the fuzzy mathematics theory with adaptive characteristics is computed. Then the utility models of classification tag are proposed respectively on the long-term and short-term, utility volatility index is defined to measure the stability of long-term and short-term utility. Finally, a case study of music platform based on actual data is introduced to verify the efficiency of the algorithm and show its applicability.
