Stabilizing output performance of positive feedback type push-push oscillator array by injection locking technology

The authors have reported an oscillator array using positive feedback type push-push oscillators. The performance of oscillator array is not enough about the stability against the tuning voltage for controlling the output phase difference. In this study, it is confirmed that the characteristics can be improved by injection locking technology. The technology is applied for a two-element oscillator array.
